Deputies Seize Cocaine Valued at $49 Million

Los Angeles County sheriff’s detectives seized $49 million worth of cocaine Thursday when they served a search warrant in San Bernardino.
Narcotics investigators served the warrant at a public storage building on West Foothill Boulevard, according to the sheriff’s information bureau. Detectives seized 197 kilograms of cocaine--more than 400 pounds--a spokesman said. At least one suspect is being sought.
