No Tunnel Vision for Subway Dirt
Metro Rail will not only take you underground, it’s also going to help you drive on the Century Freeway.
Carr Trucking Co., Carson, whose job it is to find a place for about 250,000 tons of dirt dug up to make a tunnel for the subway, is taking some of its dirt to the Century Freeway for use in building bridges.
