Hot Typos
Regarding your Endpaper’s piece “The Typo as Season’s Greeting,” I would like to share with you one of my favorites: Mario Puzo has one of his characters “peddling his bicycle along the streets of Beverly Hills.”
I’m not certain which of his books it appeared in, but I think it was the first sloppy job he dashed off, after the successful “Godfather.”
