Palestinian Youths Face Israeli Military Judges

NABLUS, Occupied West Bank — Dozens of Palestinian teen-agers were bused handcuffed and blindfolded to makeshift courtrooms in the occupied territories today to appear before military judges on rioting charges.
Those who pleaded guilty to stone-throwing generally received prison sentences of about three months. Outside one such tribunal in Nablus, the largest city in the occupied West Bank, relatives and defense attorneys complained the army was unable to determine where some prisoners were incarcerated.
