Frederick W. Gluck, 52, will become managing director of McKinsey & Co., the management consulting firm, effective July 1, 1988. He will succeed D. Ronald Daniel, who will have served four three-year terms. Daniel will return to consulting with McKinsey clients. McKinsey is headquartered in New York, with 38 offices, including one in Los Angeles.
