East Bloc War Games Set

BUDAPEST, Hungary — About 13,000 Hungarian, Soviet and Czechoslovak troops will conduct maneuvers early next year in western Hungary, the official Hungarian MTI news agency reported. The terse report said the “Friendship 88” war games would be staged on the exercise grounds north of Lake Balaton between Jan. 28 and Feb. 6.
