Misdemeanor charges were filed against Minnesota Vikings defensive tackle Keith Millard for punching a man and hitting a woman in a Chaska, Minn., nightclub.
Millard, who has denied hitting anyone in the Dec. 3 incident, is to be arraigned Dec. 23 on two counts of fifth-degree assault and two counts of disorderly conduct. A prosecutor said he faces fines of up to $700 and jail terms of up to 90 days on each count.
