Moorpark College Men Defeat Citrus, 67-60
Tom Neumayr and Rich Murphy each scored 14 points and had seven rebounds as Moorpark College defeated Citrus, 67-60, in the first round of the Moorpark Kiwanis tournament on Thursday at Moorpark.
Carl Laskey had a game-high 17 points and nine rebounds for Citrus (0-5). Teammate Dion Tolbert scored 16 points.
David Bussey added 12 points for Moorpark (4-2), which led the entire game.
