Charles Crocker has been elected chairman of Hana Biologics Inc., Alameda. Crocker, 48, succeeds Robert Berkowitz, who resigned because of new responsibilities as president and chief executive of CytoSciences Inc. Crocker, a co-founder of the company, has been chairman or co-chairman from the company’s founding until January, 1986.
Berkowitz will continue as a Hana director.
