Books, Records Yield $3.6 Million in Drugs

LONDON — Police charged four women and a man from Colombia on Sunday with illegally importing $3.6 million worth of cocaine concealed in records and children’s books. Trained dogs sniffed out the cocaine.
Customs officers found nearly 5 1/2 pounds of the drug hidden inside more than 100 books and records.
