International Video Entertainment Inc., a division of Carolco Pictures, has agreed to buy Vista Organization Home Video Corp., as well as the video rights to feature films produced by Vista Organization Partnership L. P. Terms call for Vista to receive about $38 million in short-term notes. International Video will obtain all rights to 10 feature films including “Maid to Order,” “Nightflyers,” “Dudes,” “Leader of the Band,” “Rented Lips,” “The Penitent,” “Fright Night II,” “Remote Control,” “Trading Hearts,” and “Pass the Ammo.” Carolco Pictures is best known for producing Sylvester Stallone’s “Rambo” movies.
