Donn Mulder has been appointed to the newly created position of director of marketing for EIP Microwave, a manufacturer of test and measurement instruments based in Newport Beach. Before joining EIP in January, 1987, as marketing manager, Mulder held a number of product-marketing positions during seven years at Hewlett-Packard.
