Carolyn Bean Publishing Ltd., Hayward, said its president, chief financial officer and chief operating officer, Andrew G. Barnett, resigned as part of a management reorganization effective Dec. 31. Lawrence Barnett, chairman, will temporarily assume Andrew Barnett’s former duties.
