Reagan to Tour Plant Before California Visit

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will travel to Waterton, Colo., on Tuesday to tour facilities of Martin Marietta, a defense contractor, and get a briefing on the Strategic Defense Initiative, the White House announced Friday.
The President will then fly to California to start a five-day Thanksgiving holiday vacation at his mountaintop ranch near Santa Barbara.
