Beverly Hills : Holiday Parking Approved
As it has done in previous years, the City Council agreed on Tuesday to temporarily suspend preferential-permit parking on some residential streets south of Wilshire Boulevard to accommodate holiday shoppers.
The suspension, which has been approved by the Southwest Beverly Hills Homeowners Assn., will be in effect from Monday through Jan. 4 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. It will provide 550 parking spaces.
The affected areas are the west side of the following streets between Charleville Boulevard and the alley north of Olympic Boulevard: Linden, McCarty, Roxbury, Bedford, Peck, Camden, Rodeo and El Camino drives.
