Congressmen Join Managua March

I was very happy to read that Dreier and Dornan and other Republican congressmen were in a demonstration in Nicaragua for “liberty and peace.” It’s time that Republicans finally realized that all countries desire a chance for “liberty and peace,” instead of tyranny and repression as the Reagan Administration seems to follow. Perhaps now Dornan and Dreier would like to join us as we demonstrate against the death squads in El Salvador and even here in Los Angeles; against apartheid in South Africa; against the repressive government in Chile; against the war apparatus throughout Central America, etc.
