Paul F. Finnigan has resigned as chairman and director of corporate development of Voicemail International Inc., Cupertino, to pursue other business interests. Alan Rossi, Voicemail’s president and chief executive, will succeed Finnigan as chairman. Finnigan co-founded Voicemail in 1979. Voicemail markets voice messaging services and systems worldwide.
