Care Enterprises Inc., a health-maintenance organization based in Orange, signed a $2.1-million lease for a 52,000-square-foot research and development building on Dow Avenue in Tustin. The owner is 3 Oakmont Associates of Newport Beach. Coldwell Banker arranged the lease. . . . Woodcrest Development Inc. in Irvine said it had a record-breaking fiscal year, with its three Southern California divisions topping more than $100 million in residential sales. The divisions sell homes in Laguna Niguel, Yorba Linda, Riverside and San Diego. . . . Beverly Hills investors Todd Schiffman and Larry Larson said they bought an industrial building in the Irvine Spectrum for $1.65 million. Selling was Three Targets N.V., a Netherland Antilles corporation owned by European investors. The 30,000-square-foot building is now occupied by Westburg Engineering. . . . David H. Tatsumi & Associates of Costa Mesa is preparing landscape designs for Rancho California Town Center, a 50-acre community shopping center in Rancho California. Developers are the joint partnership Radnor/Landgrant/Rancho California Town Center. The first phase of the shopping center is scheduled for completion next fall.
