SAN DIEGO ARTS : Dance
The Dancer’s Workshop of San Diego has joined forces with the San Diego Foundation for the Performing Arts to give local dancers a lasting impression of the world-class artists who perform here under the foundation’s umbrella.
This new alliance, coordinated by Wendy Ellen Cochran, will sponsor master classes with members of each of the five internationally acclaimed dance companies. The project will get off the ground at 11 a.m. Nov. 18, with a master class at Sushi Gallery, led by the Murray Louis Dance Company (slated to perform with the Dave Brubeck Quartet on Tuesday and Nov. 18 at Spreckels Theatre).
For information on the Murray Louis master class, call 266-1460.
