A school bus driver who drove 10 children to an isolated Orange County park and threatened to set them on fire was sentenced to eight years in state prison. Ignacio Ruelas Granados, 26, of Santa Ana, was convicted in Municipal Court of child endangerment and false imprisonment. Last February, Granados was driving 10 special education children home from Glen Martin School in Santa Ana when they reportedly became unruly, and he drove instead to Santiago Park. There, he ordered one child to bring a five-gallon plastic bottle of gasoline to the front of the bus, where he inserted a wick and held a cigarette lighter near it.
