Joan Collins Wins Another Round; Holm Plea Denied

“Dynasty” star Joan Collins won another round in her divorce battle with ex-husband Peter Holm today as a judge threw out his unusual request for reconsideration of $80,000 a month in support payments.

Superior Court Judge Frances Rothschild, indicating she didn’t believe Holm’s excuse that he was ill when he didn’t show up for a hearing, refused to reconsider the issue and denied his motion.

Outside court, Holm attorney Frank Steinschriber said that although the alimony request had been dismissed, his client could file a new motion with the same figures if Holm so desires. But when asked if Holm would do that, he shrugged and said, “Oh, I don’t know.”
