Medieval Victory led from start to finish, holding on for a one-length victory in the $500,000 finale of the Stallion Stakes at Miami Calder race track.
Sensible Bird, a 31-1 shot, came from far back and outfinished Distinctintentions by a nose for second in a field of 14 going 1 1/16th miles in the richest race for 2-year-olds in Florida history.
Medieval Victory, ridden by Steve Gaffalione, was timed in 1:48 3/5 and paid $11, $5.60 and 6.80.
