Sears on the Comeback
A few words from someone who grew up on the Sears Catalogs on the East Coast and then found the stores in California. Aside from such factors as demographic changes and malls, Sears began to fail because the upper levels of management forgot the customers. And while relatively high prices continued, service deteriorated.
