CS Long Beach Returns to PCAA Play Tonight Against Fresno State
FRESNO — Cal State Long Beach will try to get its offense untracked tonight in a Pacific Coast Athletic Assn. football game against Fresno State.
The 49ers, 2-2 overall and 0-1 in the PCAA, scored 81 points in their first two games but only 12 since. They were beaten by Michigan, 49-0, Saturday.
Quarterback Jeff Graham, who completed 33 of his first 42 passes, has completed only 19 of his last 44.
Fresno State, 1-2 and 0-0, has not played since Sept. 19, when it lost to UCLA, 17-0.
The game, which starts at 6, will be televised by ESPN.
