Picket lines at Rams Park in Anaheim were relatively quiet Friday, with the theme shifting from egg throwing and window smashing to a show of restraint and unity.
“The players are committed and dedicated for as long as it takes to get a collective bargaining agreement,” said Carl Ekern, the Rams’ player representative.
“But honestly, the longer it goes, it increases the potential of it getting ugly, of there being more incidents.”
