South Pasadena’s Bob Henderson broke a 7-7 tie and scored on a six-yard run in the second quarter to give the Tigers the go-ahead touchdown. Henderson set up the touchdown with a 34-yard run on the preceding play.. . . . Harvard’s Martin Holly scored the Saracens’ only touchdown on a 1-yard run with 8:13 remaining in the first quarter. . . . Henderson scored South Pasadena’s first touchdown on a 10-yard run to cap a 63-yard drive.
KEY PLAYERS
Bob Henderson (SP) rushed for 161 yards on 20 carries and scored 2 touchdowns. . . . Martin Holly (H) rushed for 43 yards and a touchdown on 16 carries and completed 5 of 20 passes for 87 yards. . . . David Lee (H) intercepted a Chip Edwards’ (SP) pass in the second quarter and returned it 20 yards. Edwards passed for 94 yards and rushed for 17.
