A motorist gunned down two bicyclists in Los Angeles, killing one and critically wounding the other, police said. Terry Williams, 22, suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the upper torso and died less than an hour later at Daniel Freeman Memorial Hospital in Inglewood, said police officials. Williams, James Kelley, 23, and a third bicyclist were riding along Harvard Boulevard north of 85th Street when the passing motorist fired at them, police said. Kelley, who was shot several times, was reported in stable condition. The gunman’s car was described as a 1977 to 1979 rust or orange-colored, two-door Cadillac.
