Son of Robert Kennedy Marries College Classmate
WINNETKA, Ill. — Christopher Kennedy, a son of the late Sen. Robert F. Kennedy, married a former college classmate Saturday, Northwestern University law student Sheila Berner.
Security measures were in force as members of the bridegroom’s family, including Ethel Kennedy, his mother, and Sen. Edward M. Kennedy (D-Mass.), his uncle, attended the ceremony at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, a spokesman said.
Christopher Kennedy, 24, who works in the planning division at the Merchandise Mart in Chicago, and Berner both attended Boston College.
