Tennis racquet maker Prince Manufacturing has been sold to Brentwood Associates, a Los Angeles-based leveraged buyout firm, by Chesebrough-Pond’s, a subsidiary since December of Unilever. Unilever had disclosed its intention to sell Prince when it acquired Chesebrough-Pond’s. The price was not disclosed.
