Irvine Schools Play Baseball Tournament
Woodbridge, Irvine and University high schools will compete in a three-day, double-elimination baseball tournament beginning Thursday night at UC Irvine. This is the first intracity baseball double-elimination tournament between the Irvine high schools.
Irvine plays Woodbridge at 5 p.m. and the loser plays University at 8. The tournament continues Friday at 7 p.m. and concludes Saturday at 4:30 p.m., with a second game to follow if necessary.
Admission is $2 a game or $5 for the tournament and all games are at UC Irvine.
