Rolling Stones break-up watchdogs, take note: Keith Richards was officially signed Monday to a multi-record, long-term recording deal with Virgin Records. Label spokesmen said the guitarist will venture into the studio to begin work on his first Virgin effort after finishing up music direction chores on “Hail! Hail! Rock ‘n’ Roll,” the Taylor Hackford-directed film about Chuck Berry.
