The Guardian Angels thank our Los Angeles Police Dept. for a three-minute response when two Angels were downed by gang shot July 4. Quick command of the situation was thankfully received. The ambulance recovery was fast and professional. Even the media was helpful and efficient at a critical time for our fallen Angels. This is not the first the LAPD has saved our bacon, and probably won’t be the last. At this time, we should like to doff our red berets with a heartfelt thanks.
