A better title for Jerry Hulse’s Island Fantasy article would be Island Nightmare. I find all these resorts Hemmeter is building offensively excessive. (I guess I am a minority, though, if his Maui one is nearly 100% booked.) The residents of those islands must be horrified to see their islands becoming giant amusement parks. What a shame.
