Four Lodi men suspected of illegally recording thousands of hit records and selling the cassette tapes at discount prices to flea market customers, were jailed in lieu of $20,000 bail, police in Sparks, Nev., said. Undercover agents say they seized about 7,000 pirated tapes. Held for investigation of possessing illegal recordings for sale were Bagis Adi, 34; Jamil M. Addi, 47; Sarhan Ahmad, 21, and Rafig Salem. A fifth man escaped.
