Tama, managing partner of Walnut Creek and San Francisco-based Kelly, Tama & Shiffman, and Ted S. Garfinkle, vice president of Los Angeles-based Bert Poncher & Associates. Leaving the board are Barry S. Garfinkle, Raymond Bolton and Simon I. Brown.
