Iran Guerrillas Claim They Killed 119 Guards

NICOSIA, Cyprus — Iranian anti-government guerrillas said Thursday that they killed 119 Revolutionary Guards and wounded 172 others in two attacks in western Iran this week.
Iran had no immediate comment on the report from the Moujahedeen, the largest of the resistance groups operating in Iran. The group’s claims can seldom be independently confirmed.
