Willie Nelson told a Senate Agriculture subcommittee Thursday he is close to completing arrangements to hold his third annual Farm Aid concert Sept. 19 in a Nebraska football stadium. He said performers will include Neil Young and Bon Jovi. Tickets: $20 a person for seven to eight hours of music. The concerts have raised $8 million and proceeds have been sent to farm groups in 40 states.
