Optical Corp. of Oxnard Sold to New York Firm

Quantronix Corp. has acquired Optical Corp., an Oxnard manufacturer of aerospace sub-assemblies. The sale price was not announced.

Quantronix, a Smithtown, N. Y. laser and medical instruments company, had $20 million in sales for its latest fiscal year. Optical Corp. had sales of $1.2 million.
