Truck Kills Man: A 54-year-old man walking along the 11800 block of Santa Maria Street was struck by a truck and killed early Friday, police reported. They identified the victim as Pablo Rodriguez of Stanton. He suffered massive head injuries and was pronounced dead at Humana Hospital in Westminster, police said. The driver of the truck, whom police did not identify, was not held, pending an investigation of the 6:11 a.m. accident, officers said.
