Reagan to Fly to Chattanooga

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will travel to Chattanooga, Tenn., next Tuesday to promote excellence in education in a speech to graduating high school seniors, the White House said today.
Reagan will greet a group of teachers honored for excellence and have lunch with a group of students before the speech to 2,700 graduating seniors from 13 Chattanooga-area schools at the University of Tennessee campus.
