Gas Leak From Oil Well Forces Second Evacuation

NEOLA, Utah — Methane gas leaking from a ruptured oil well reached dangerous levels Tuesday, and more than 100 people were evacuated from their homes for a second time in four days, officials said. A spokesman for Pennzoil, which operates the well, said the leak would not be stopped before the end of the week.
