Former Rep. George Hansen was turned over to federal marshals for return to Petersburg Federal Correctional Facility in Petersburg, Va., where he will serve the remainder of his sentence for breaking ethics laws while a member of the House, his lawyer said. The conservative Republican from Idaho had been held in a city jail in Alexandria, Va., since April 15 when he was arrested on parole violations charges.
