Esperanza Remains Atop Baseball Poll
Esperanza High School, which clinched its fourth straight Empire League championship with Friday’s 1-0 victory over El Dorado, remained the top-ranked team in this week’s Orange County Sportswriters Assn. poll.
Villa Park, which can clinch the Century League title by defeating Canyon today, made its first appearance in the poll this season at No. 9.
