Los Angeles-based International Set has agreed to drop its $10-million lawsuit against San Diego-based Beeba’s Creations Inc., an importer and wholesaler of women’s sportswear, the companies said Thursday.
International Set, a distributor of women’s garments, “dismissed all claims” against Beeba’s Creations, according to a Beeba’s spokesman. The San Diego-based company made “no concessions or payments of any kind . . . to International Set,” the spokesman added.
