A security crackdown at Candlestick Park resulted in the ejection of about 25 people during the San Francisco Giants’ 9-4 loss to the Chicago Cubs Wednesday night.
In addition, there were 10 arrests for offenses that included unruly behavior and threatening to start fights. The Giants added 20 security guards and San Francisco police added a second seven-member motorcycle unit to patrol parking lots.
