Overseas Taxes

Thank you for Bob O’Sullivan’s April 19 piece on Paris. I am so sick of people complaining about the French/Parisians. Having lived in France for a year, I do have the advantage of being able to speak the language. However, during my numerous visits to France I have never been cheated or had an unpleasant experience with the natives. So much of travel is related to the attitude of those visiting. And if the Parisians are a bit smug, their city is undeniably one of the loveliest in the world.
