Unisys increased its quarterly dividend to 69 cents a share from 65 cents, payable Aug. 7 to shareholders of record July 7. The company also proposed a 3-for-1 stock split subject to shareholder approval . . . Ford and Nissan will consider the joint development and production of a new vehicle, to be sold in North America if a feasibility study determines it can be marketed profitably, Ford said . . . International Dairy Queen said it had reached a non-binding agreement in principal to buy the Orange Julius segment of Orange Julius International of New York.
