West Los Angeles : Office Rents Highest in U.S.
The Westside has the most expensive suburban office space in the nation, according to a recent study of 10 major U.S. markets conducted by Cushman & Wakefield of California.
According to the firm’s first-quarter statistical analysis, the Westside’s office rents ranged up to $39 a square foot, compared to $29.40 in the South Bay and $28.80 in the San Fernando Valley.
Among central business districts, Los Angeles ranked seventh among the 10 markets nationwide, with a high of $34 a square foot.
