Comment From Asian Task Force
My hat’s off to you for the well-researched and well-written articles pertaining to the Asian/Pacific community in the San Gabriel Valley. I am impressed with all the time and effort invested in preparation for the series of articles.
I staff the Asian Task Force of the United Way in the San Gabriel Valley. It is composed of local Asian/Pacific volunteers whose purpose is to enhance and strengthen relations between the Asian/Pacific community and the United Way through communication, education and networking. Your stories quoted a few of our members: Susie Ling, Dr. George Choi and Gladys Lee.
