Harvey A. Bookstein has been elected chairman of Columbia National Bank, Santa Monica. He succeeds Ernest Leff, who will continue as a member of the board. Bookstein is a founder and managing partner of the accounting firm Roth Bookstein & Zaslow, Los Angeles.
